House Rules
Must be 21years old to book.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the house (if you smoke outside please make sure no smoking odor penetrate the house), in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the house , damage fee will be charged in full.
*NO PARTIES can take place at my house.
*Only initial amount of SOAPS and toiletries are provided, guests must bring their own extras if needed.
*TOWELS provided for showering only, not for makeup remover, pool or beach use, or any other use. Damage fee will be activated for stained or damaged towels, same goes for linens.
Only guests who booked the house are allowed in it. Please leave it like you found it and respect my place.
