House Rules
The Boardwalk parking garage is located diagonal across the street at 2305 N Ocean Blvd.
There is a horseshoe driveway for drop- off in front of the Resort Tower for convenience.
No parking is permitted on the 1st floor of the garage as per condo association.
You are renting from private owner, so there is no need to “check in” at the registration and can avoid the line (they do not have any information about your reservation).
CHECK IN
I will have your room available at 4 pm for check in.
I have a lock on the door, access code will be provided a day before your arrival. Door locks automatically.

You will find parking pass and wristbands (for the pool area, seasonal only) in the room.
We have many same day turnovers and need every minute to ensure the suite is properly cleaned for your stay.
Please do not arrive unannounced early.
We provide one set of sheets (for all beds) and towels for your stay.
We do not provide beach towels, so please bring your own.
At the end of your stay the inventory will be taken, so please do not remove anything from the unit.
The inspector also checks for damages, but if notice any damages upon arrival, please report them to us immediately, there are cotton balls in the bathroom to help remove make-up.
Please do not wipe off your make up in the towels. If there is a permanent damage to the towels, guests will be billed for replacement.
Please DO NOT leave Garbage outside of the room. Please take the trash to the first floor and there is a trash chutes for guest's use, the code is:2750.
The resort staff checks the hallways through out the day and any trash left outside of the room will be fined $50 per incident. Please follow the Resort rules otherwise you will be billed for it.
Please always lock the windows and doors before you leave the unit and turn off the lights and close the balcony doors to keep the room cool to conserve energy. Make sure all appliances and other equipment are switched off upon your departure.
CHECK OUT
Checkout time is 10 am.
Non Approved late check outs will be billed $50.00. When you check out, the following should be done:
1. Secure all doors and windows.
2. Turn off all lights. Please turn the air conditioner at least up to 70. Place all soiled towels in the laundry basket.
Any unused towels should remain in place. Do not strip the beds, please.
3. Gather all your personal items. We will not be responsible for any items left in the unit. Items returned will include be charged postage fee. Lost and found items unclaimed after 15 days are turned over to a local charity.
4. Leave furniture arranged as you found them.
5. Please take the trash to the first floor and there is a trash chutes for guest's use, the code is:2750.
6. Please, if you can, send us a text message at the time of departure. If we do not hear from you, we assume that you are out of the unit by 10:00 a.m.
