This unit features a brand new king bed, and queen-size sleeper sofa!
New tile flooring, fresh paint, and modern decor was installed in March 2022.
This is truly a pristine unit that has been completely updated for our guests to enjoy!
The bathroom is a full-size bathroom and features a granite slab countertop, toilet, and tub/shower.
The unit is also equipped with a keypad, this means you can skip the line at the front desk when you get here and never have to worry about carrying around a key or card.
You won't have to wait in long check-in lines if you stay with us, just go straight to the unit and start that vacation!
Upon check in, linens for each bed (king bed and Sleeper sofa) and set of towels (for 4 people) will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps.
The Landmark has wonderful amenities such as access to their indoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, fitness center, and sun deck.
The Landmark is the only resort in the area that has a parking garage across the street with a skywalk, allowing for safe crossing, without having to cross the street.
There is free parking for 2 vehicles.
Parking passes are required for the eight-level parking garage, connected by walkway to the hotel.
Paid city parking is also located on both sides of the building, available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Our condo IS NOT part of their onsite rental program and daily maid service is NOT included.

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, the following restaurants and amenities will be limited to Landmark Resort guests only.
Guests who book this rental will not be permitted to use the amenities listed below until further notice.
Our guests will still be permitted to use all indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, beach access, laundromat, arcade, and free parking.

Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center. Additional notes
Water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort, but owned by a third party company, therefore not accessible to our guests.
Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.

Rates have been adjusted to compensate.**
Outside pools and lazy river are expected to open April 30th.
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.
Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

There is a Wal-Mart located on 17th Ave, about 2 blocks away from the resort, for you to obtain any additional items you may need.
This resort is in the heart of Myrtle Beach and close to everything including the Convention Center, Sports Center, Sky Wheel, the Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, shopping, and dining.

For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grand Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach shops along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy.
Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.
Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab a daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!
For the best views in the area, take a ride up the Myrtle Beach Skywheel - located just a few miles away - and then end the day with a sunset stroll down Pier 14!
